Santorum has one very large problem. Everyone knows he can be bought. He can be manipulated. He can be made to sell out his beliefs. His support of uber RINO Specter showed that. That is a very bad trait for someone who wants to be president.

Given what we now know about Toomey (favored DADT repeal), Santorum's decision to endorse Specter doesn't look as bad as it once did. Toomey, so far, has been a disappointment. He's not a Specter-caliber RINO, but he's working on it.
