Where did Santorum dodge and weave? Two examples off the top of my head: 1. asked about his later regret on voting for Medicare Part D he ignored it and said he wants to replicate that experience. 2. asked about Obama's weaknesses he talked about himself and having triumphed over past Dem incumbents while ignoring his own most recent 18 pt defeat.

He's unlikeable, comes off as a bitter theocrat and as you must know has a reputation of putting party over principle as when he supported eventual turncoat Spector over Toomey.

Example 1 I can’t recall the exchange. Example 2 was a good answer. By the time they got to him, three other contenders had already answered the question identically. He took the opportunity to cut himself out of the pack with a different answer. He knows that the base is upset about the Spector issue. Why not try to diffuse it. All of the candidates should have disregarded this BS question. Why ask an opposing party what they like about Obummer? He sure as hell hates the GOP on all levels.

How does Chuck DeVore do out your way? He can’t even get competitive in a primary. Why is Tom McClintok relegated to a House seat in the hinterlands? When CA elects a real Conservative at least once for a Federal position, you can feel free to ding PA candidates for losing big every once in a while. At least we sneak a Conservative in once and a while here in a blue leaning state. Toomey will eventually have the same fate down the road as Santorum. It doesn’t mean they are losers, it just means that the voters are bipolar.

LOL. You just blew up your argument with that phrase. As soon as I hear someone calling a conservative a "theocrat", I think of Democrat Underground.
