1. Why would BO’s BC have a different name than Nordyke Twins’ Registrar as they were born the very next day ?

Um, because there was more than one registrar?

2. Would Alvin Onaka allow his name to be stamped on a fake doc ? or is the fact that it is an abtract cover him ?

There is no reason to believe it's fake, and it is not an abstract (the 2007 short form, also stamped with Onaka's signature, is an abstract).

OK—Trollie ! Thx for clarifying that since Onaka’s name is on the first fake, it makes sense to be on the 2nd fake TOO ! The “Uklee” signature is on another “REAL” LFBC, but not a Kapiolani Hospital doc.

Also, quite stange that all “REAL” LFBC’s have an embossed seal except this one...kinda makes it “stand out” from the rest !
