Evidence continues to mount that President Obama was adopted by his Indonesian stepfather, Lolo Soetoro, raising concerns over his presidential eligibility.

Obama's American mother, Ann Dunham, separated from her first husband, Barack Obama Sr., in 1963 when the president was 2 years old. Dunham and Obama Sr. are reported to have later divorced.

In Hawaii, Dunham married Lolo Soetoro, an Indonesian, in 1965 and moved to Indonesia in October 1967.

Divorce documents filed in Hawaii on Aug. 20, 1980, refer to Obama as the "child" of both Soetoro and Dunham, indicating a possible adoption in the U.S.

The divorce records state: "The parties have 1 child(ren) below age 18 and 1 child(ren) above 18 but still dependent on the parties for education."

The records further identify the "oldest child" as "in university."

"Mother resides with youngest child in 4-bedroom house provided by mother's employer," continues the divorce documents.

The documents identify the minor as Obama's stepsister, Maya Soetoro.

There's an easy explanation for that: the original Constitution, of course, didn't number the clauses. That's done later, for reference. The original Clause 3 was later superseded by the 12th Amendment. In versions of the Constitution you can find online, that clause is often highlighted somehow because of the change. So if you don't count Clause 3 (because it's been replaced), that makes the original Clause 5 now Clause 4.

First, you are assuming that Obama was a US citizen before his adoption. We do not know that for a fact, since he's never shown us a bona fide long form birth certificate nor any other credible evidence to show that he was a US citizen at any point in his life.

I think you're correct on everything except that Sr. wasn't so dumb as not to realize he was in the middle of some marriage ceremony or the need for it. He probably didn't list Barry on his paperwork until ‘64 because he didn't know if the child lived to birth or what it's name was or if it was a boy or girl. None of his U of HI friends knew anything about Stanley Ann or the baby because the Dunhams had shipped her 3000 miles away and kept her there just as you said to keep him from claiming their grandchild. With the divorce, INS would demand a full accounting and that's when he could also use the anchor to extend his stay. Before the divorce, imagine what the INS would have said if he told them he'd gotten some 17 year old white girl preggers, they had a shotgun wedding, he was so undesirable that her family shipped her off, and he has no idea or cares if the kid is alive and well. If that little story had come out, the INS would have yanked the welcome mat from under his feet years before. It was in Sr.’s best interest to keep mum on that little escapade.

I think Jimmy Buffet says 'back where it all began'. Indonesia has been the terrifying thing since 2006. It is what started the 'I am not a Muslim' campaign.

It is here where the Muslim issue may have been a potential political issue in 2008 but I think once the 'fixers' looked deep enough they found this may lead a serious citizenship issue - beyond the events of 1961-1964.

Why are SADs passport records prior to 1965 hidden?

Why was the marriage date of SAD and Lolo S mis-represented so much by the campaign, the media? They all reported the marriage to be 1967 or 1968. After Obama Jr. was 5 years of age. But in reality. It was 1965 and he was still young enough for 'almost automatic' adoption and citizenship transfer to his new step father.

Why is he referenced in the SAD/Lolo divorce? If he was not considered in joint custody why would he be listed?

Did he leverage his 'foreign national' status at Oxy? Is that where there are 999-99- SS numbers for him while there? Those numbers are usually used by foreign national students who do not have a valid SS number. Is that why he uses the Connecticut that his WUO friends probably got for him? After the WUO members were very proud of their identity remake skills!

So Indonesia may be the gateway to hell for the trolls and Obots. And it may be far more definitive in terms of 'citizenship' than the events of 1961. So the ack-ack flys. They want the focus away from here.
