In HI many Filipinos whether US citizens or not have many relatives in the PI and visit back and forth. If the wife was of Filipino ancestry she might have easily gone to visit relatives as they often have large extended relatives.
It says that whoever he was having trouble with had left the country. This sounds to me like it's referencing the wife to whom he was separated (SAD), since she was allegedly in the Philippines. This may have been a false story to prevent them from contacting her. Or maybe he confused Philippines with Indonesia. The wife in Cambridge is probably Ruth. It sounds like Barak Sr. was married to all three at the same time. I forget, do these Barak Sr. files mention SAD's baby at all??
Had to be. That would be the only way Obummer could have gotten into Pakistan in in 1981. A US passport wouldn’t have gotten him in.
