The other thing is that teachers go and get ‘advanced’ degrees for no other reason is that it bumps them up several pay levels once they have that degree.
You don’t need masters or phd teachers teaching kindergarten, elementary or middle school. All they use that degree for is to automatically jump 3 pay levels.
