BTW, has anyone seen any vehicles with Re-elect Obama 2012 bumber stickers? I have not. I was visiting my folks in the Maryland suburbs, last week, and I drove all over the place and around DC and didn’t see a single 2012 sticker for Obama.
Ok..got your sarc message lol. Believe me, if Palin doesn’t run, I will probably be the biggest Bachmann supporter here...but she is making me nervous that she will split the conservative vote and hand the nomination to Romney. If that thought hasn’t crossed your mind yet...it should.
She may not be consciously trying to do anything nefarious herself...but may be being used by the GOP elite to wreck Palin’s chances.
Just a thought. I truly fear for our country if we don’t get this thing right this time.
If Romney wins it won’t be because of vote splitting, it will be because it is considered his turn and the powers that be will have the final equation all worked out. Did the base actually vote for McQueeg in the primaries? I don’t think so.
That is what I am watching. Romney seems too relaxed this time. Worry more about what RINOs run, like Rooty.
I’d vote for July 4 as being the most likely too - but having said that - who cares? - as long as she runs who cares when she announces? She’s obviously planned this thing out dozens of moves in advance so her will be done is how I see it!
I would think that a Guiliani run would take votes away from Romney and actually help us elect a true conservative like Palin by splitting the rino vote...but I’m no strategist that’s for sure...lol.
Someone upthread mentioned somethig that as a female gave me pause. Why do we accept multiple male candidates and think nothing about it? But we seem to be unable to accept multiple female candidates with grace?
That’s a great point but not where I am coming from at all(at least not consciously). While I am thrilled to see so many true conservatives stepping up to the plate..at the same time it terrifies me, because I am so fearful it will hand the nomination to a rino statist like Romney.
One thing I DO need to work on and keep in my heart (that your post reminded me of) is letting go and letting God. HE is still in control here.
MSM likes Bachmann more than Palin, I think that`s all we need to know!
I keep telling the MB fanatics here that much of MB support comes from the likes of Mother Jones, MSNBC, Huff Post etc etc.
I have been monitoring MSNBC and CNN the last little while,as well as ABC,CBS, and they have as much as endorsed Bachmann. They want desperately for MB to somehow magically take Palin out.
Just hope the MB supporters know they have been hood winked.
As for Sarah announcing? Seems to me it will still be quite some time away, not in the near future...Yes I believe she is running.
I am a glutton for punishment, just finished watching Special Report All Star panel..what a joke... Krauthammer rolled his eyes as he talked about Sarah Palin.
Bret Baer asked Steve Hayes in 2 segments to give his opinion on Sarah Palin, her name never came out of his mouth, it`s the most disrespected she has ever been on the show, if that was possible.
I emailed Bret that I was finally done with his show, I went into great detail. He actually answered my last email.
I told him that I believe, in spite of his anti Palin phony conservative panelists, that Sarah Palin is going to win the nomination. I asked him if he was going to allow Palin bashing night after night on his panel once she secured the nomination. I asked him how that could be considered fair and balanced in any way shape or form.
Are you going to just not discuss her like you try to do now?
I told him he should google his show name to see what Conservatives are actually saying about his unbalance and unfair program, I suggested he drop by FR to see what was said about Fox News and his show in particular.
I closed by saying I could no longer see myself watching his program, and that he should not just dismiss me out of hand because a lot of Conservatives feel the same way .
I also mentioned that watching his program, it almost seems as if 2010 and The Tea Party never happened, your 2 panelists that report to be representing the right, both favor the non Tea Party favorite Romney.
I think in the future, it will be fine. But this would be the first woman president, and to many people, seeing two women duke it out in hardball politics at that level would be “unseemly.” Sad but true. When you say “two women,” people generally envision a “catfight.” And if hardball politics EVER needed to be played, it’s now. So if two women, two savvy, strong women played hardball AGAINST each other, neither one ould win. Perception, no matter how wrong, is everything.
AFTER the first woman is elected president, it will be open for all women. Unfortunately, that is just the way it is.

Why would you post this as a positive for Palin? At no point does she condemn abortion, in fact her objection seems to be that PP doesn't offer enough "Choice"....
