This guy belongs on Free Republic.
If the "not halfway done yet" seems incorrect, it is because the original comments were posted in REVERSE order, starting at #60 and counting down to #1.

This was a comment on a newspaper site? Wow very impressive.
It’s important to save this because once O’Bama’s done with the promised “total transformation of America” it will be illegal to say or print these things.

I agree with nearly all of the comments, but why is Hillary’s appointment as Secretary of State unconstitutional?

Ping to some handy information regarding O’s broken promises and other failures. Quite a list, so much continues to go on that we lose track.
Nachum’s site helps with that too!

I wondered about Hillary as SOS being unconstitutional also.

The Zero list can go on and on, but Rush Limbaugh is hardly a private citizen. It would be better to change that to an “ideological opponent”.

Sarah does.
She openly called Teh One and Pelosi liars, in so many words, the other day.

Article 1 Section 6 reads:
No Senator or Representative shall, during the Time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil Office under the Authority of the United States which shall have been created, or the Emoluments whereof shall have been increased during such time; and no Person holding any Office under the United States, shall be a Member of either House during his Continuance in Office.
Hillary was a sitting Senator from NY when bambi tapped her for Secty of State.

He’s a public figure. Big distinction.
A public figure is defined in part by “instant national recognition” and “constant media exposure”.
He’d be a “private citizen” if when reading the list people went “Who?”
It’s a minor but jarring aspect of the list.

“Obama’s appointment of Hillary Clinton to the office of Secretary of State was unconstitutional”
Remind me why that is unconstitutional?
