The constitution is pretty clear about who votes on what and in what order, and what votes are needed for something to become law. This violates it right out of the gate. This article has to be gross inaccurate inference.

Sounds good to me! Appointing this "super Congress" is yet again without the voice of the people....so why have the huge congress we have if this is how it's going to be. Let the people vote in this "super Congress" and we'll FIRE every last one of the others!
Have you explained that to this administration yet? Because I don't think they'd agree with you by their very actions. A small example...Obama has 'Czars'...not to mention countless other groups and committee's he's appointed which 'overstep' those designated for those purposes.
Not so sure they are listening much to speak of....more like giving us enough crumbs off their table so they can say they're working on it.
Obama and his wife said they would "change" the face of this country....and they are certainly not getting enough resistance to derail their efforts to do just that.
I say let's all push 'business and industry' to cease tax deductions from everyones paycheck and see how long they survive.

Nothing has changed in Washington D.C.! No blue ribbon committee has ever solved anything. If they were truly worried about the crises any fool would know you would have to cut spending by 50% just to start to get our economic house in order while lowering income taxes across the board so the producers in America would see the incentive to invest there money back into the American Dream. Heck cutting off Fanny and Freddy from the government spicket would be a good start. But they did not address any real measures to save our economy. So whoopie we still the same mess we were in to begin with and now with less value to our dollar.
TEA Party needs to come out strong now and start hitting every media outlet we can find to tell them we are not going to take it anymore. Vote them all out. Geez really send a message this time or the game is over.
