I just did a quick glance through family photos from 1960 -1972. Almost all were color, but in the early 1960’s, I would say 5% were B&W, with only sporadic B&W photos in the late 1960’s with the last B&W photo about 1970.
If my sample was used (without considering the Indonesia factor you mention) then I think the three photos being B&W would be unusual and the fact that they look phony.
If it is found that most photos in Indonesia around 1970 were B&W due to the factors you mention, then I believe that would eliminate the B&W question - just leaving the phoniness question.

I do not think Madeline Payne Dunham was Obama’s mother.
The poem you cited was about a high priced call girl in a penthouse apartment in either NYC or Chicago. She lives in an apartment with expensive paintings and travels to Europe. It is probably a semi-fictional character. It is not Madeline Dunham.
Madeline Dunham, at 38 years old, went to work for a bank in Hawaii in mid 1960. She started in the secretarial pool and gradually worked her way up. She eventually became a VP at the bank. No one ever said she was pregnant in early 1961 and people would have noticed.
Stanley Ann graduated from high school in June 1960. From then until when she started at University of Hawaii on September 26, 1960 her whereabouts are unknown. From when Stanley Ann completed the fall semester in December 1960 until she showed up in Seattle in August 1961 with a black baby it is unknown where she was.

I am no expert and am 1/2 blind, but almost every pic of Barry looks fake. I wonder if they are photoshopped or if the fact he IS a fake just shows up so well in photographs.

Even now, I have been pondering something which Yaelle has said to me, trying to decide if it has merit or not.

I see no reason to consider the possibility that Stanley Ann Dunham is not the mother. Too much evidence points to the conclusion that she is. No one is going to let Stanley Ann take their child to Seattle and show him off to several of her friends when that child is a few weeks old infant. Too many people saw her there, and two much paper evidence exists that demonstrates she was there, so the only possibility is that she was there with an infant child, and therefore is absolutely the mother.
As for the Naked Pictures. If they were taken in 1960, she would have been a few weeks Pregnant. As the pictures were likely taken by Frank Davis, and as it is probable that if a girl will pose naked for someone she will likely have sex with them, and as it doesn't seem likely that she would be in love with Barack Obama Sr. if she was posing naked a few weeks later for Frank Davis, then it is reasonable to suggest that if those pictures were taken in 1960, then Davis is very likely the father.
If they were taken in one of the subsequent few years before she left for Indonesia then the proof that Davis could possibly be the father is eliminated, even if he took the pictures because Barack would have already been born.
That is why the year makes the difference. The Pictures could have been taken in 1960, but not 1961 because Ann was in Seattle in 1961 during Christmas time. (Unless Mama flew her back for some reason.) Christmas of 1962 would have been the next most plausible guess, and if it's Christmas of 1962, the Pictures prove nothing as to who is the father. However, the lack of stretch marks leads me to believe that it was Christmas 1960.
