How about they kill the idiots who believe that CO2, which constitutes only 0.038% of the earths atmosphere (which you can literally call zero point zero), could do absolutely anything when it comes to temperature?
I enjoy lots of the economic and political analysis on Free Republic, but I think the group thinking on global warming here is incorrect.
John McCain, Lindsey Graham and The National Review all say Global warming is real and at least in part caused by human CO2 emissions. Even more important than what politicians say, is what scientists say. I don't understand all the science behind this and I don't think that many people without Phds understand it. The National Accademy of scientists says it is happening, and I trust them more than I trust politicians.
It is possible that there is some massive conspiracy in the scientific community to convince us of something untrue about global warming. However I think this is unlikely.
The fact we have not made contact is just further proof NASA is “underfunded”. (sarc)
And I thought aliens concerned with us for meddling with nuclear weapons was ludicrous.

I keep thinking this whole Obummer experience is stranger than fiction. If a movie were made of the facts surrounding this guy, people would think it unbelievable and that it could never happen in the US. Perhaps you are on to something. Might explain the sometimes scar on his head.

Just so you know; My parents live out in Riverhead New York and own a Greenhouse that grows tomatoes, flowers, trees, you name it. To make the plants grow faster they pump in CO2 into the greenhouse. Last year I conducted an experiment where the greenhouse was filled with just average air. I raised the CO2 level to 0.1% and took records of the temperature. NO DIFFERENCE. NONE NONE NONE. They have a computer which measure CO2 and I swear to god I had that thing reading 0.1% and went all week like that in similar weather, and the temp never even blinked.
Al Gore and all these other morons are completely FULL OF BS.
I defy anyone to prove me wrong. Raise the CO2 level even 100% and you tell me the temo difference. The fact is, the level is just waaaay too low to do ANYTHING!
This is 100% of what liberals like Al Gore are basing their science on. Something that has a value of zero can destroy everything.
The mass of he earths atmosphere is 5000 quadrillion tons. That is GAS! Do you know how much CO2 we would have to produce to raise that level to even 0.05%?? There is just not enough cars and factories in existence to make that happen, even if they ran 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Why isn’t Al Gore challenged on this? Prove me wrong Al! Worldwide economies threatened to be destroyed because of this absolute ass and his scams.
Why do I get thrown in jail for driving with a suspended license over unpaid tickets, but a bonafide psychopath who will put millions of people out of business is made a multi-millionaire over a scam??

The self hatred of some of these whacko’s is incredible. Anything connected to mankind and progress is bad and needs to be destroyed.
Since they don’t believe in a vengeful God (or any other), they are hoping aliens will rise to the occasion.
