Ok, from memory of history I think: The Republicans, led by Lincoln, freed the salves. And wasn't the KKK an organization affiliated with the Democrat Party and didn't the Democrat party mostly vote against the civil rights laws in the 60’s? Just saying or am I misinformed?

Segregationist Democrat Arkansas Governor Orval Faubus was the one blocking racial integration of Little Rock Central High.
(Republican) Eisenhower, faced him down and integrated the school.

You're way off there. I just consulted the new revised history book that they use in public schools. Bill Clinton freed the slaves because he was Americas first black President. The only thing that I could find on President Lincoln in there is that he invented the Town Car.
