Cain was the beneficiary of the support Perry lost when he torpedoed his own campaign. If Cain were gone Perry thinks he would get his support back.
B.S.. It certaintly could be Mitt, but to rule Perry out is absurd. He’s struggling in the polls and for the first time in weeks managed to do an interview without tripping over his tongue and might have a little momentum. He decides it’s time to strike with this B.S. Perry and Cain are competing for the same voters. Texas politics is as dirty as any in the country.
