In Pennsylvania we are considering going the other way.....apportioning our electoral votes by congressional district.

In 2008, Obama won all 22 electoral votes in PA. Under this plan, Obama would have won 12 and McCain would have won 10.

Too bad for the commies...they would need a Constitutional amendment in order to institute such....never gonna happen.

The worst part is the fact that there are republicans promoting this crap.

In Michigan our former GOP chairman (Saul Anuzis) is pushing NPV. Apparently, people like him see a chance to hold power forever and if becoming a democrat is what it takes, that’s OK with them.
