As indicated in Mr. Bennett’s statement, his client prefers not to be further involved with this matter and we will respect her decision. So Mr. Bennet has been out there feeding this frenzy against the will of his client?
Isn't he guilty of violating the confidentiality agreement?
Can his client sue him?
