I’m think’in Corzine skates away easy, no problem. How is it legal to bet (and lose) with client’s money is beyond me but apparently it is.

Besides fixing the loophole(s) they should make MF Global clients (the little people) whole just for general reasons and principles.

There is an insurance pool but the reason to use it won’t trigger due to the loophole making losing your money for you, legal.
