I don’t understand what is the status, then, of Orly’s subpoenas for the HDOH. They claimed last week at this time that they don’t have to honor a subpoena from GA. Now Malihi refused to quash those subpoenas. But do they have to be honored even if they’re not quashed?
I can’t keep track of all these maneuvers and what they mean.
