Does Issa have the authority to arrest Holder, for showing contempt?

Ridiculous, if this so called fast and furious thing was serious, I would have seen something about it on the news

Congress has the authority even to arrest the President, but I'm not sure exactly how the procedure goes. It wouldn't be the first time somebody went to jail for resisting a congressional subpoena, though.

I'd love to see it just to see what Zero would do. Probably throw ol’ Holder under the bus. Maybe try to issue a presidential pardon later on. Much as he might like to try to arrest Issa and his committee, that's a move that could get HIM arrested.

I don’t know the legalities involved, but Greta had Issa on her show the other night and just made him looked like a whipped puppy by asking the kind of questions any prosecutor should be asking, and in pressing for results. I’d love to be proven wrong but I’m expecting them to go after him with the same vigor they went after tax cheat Geithner or Beach-bum Rangel.
