Judge ملیحی does not care about Arlington. Judge ملیحی only cares about his lineage. He wants to be American, but not enough to renounce his Iranian heritage. Judge ملیحی wants to be American for his children, and feels his dual citizen children deserve to be president. Many years ago I noticed something I considered peculiar about naturalized Americans. They appreciated having been granted American citizenship so much more than natural born citizens did … because they know what the differences are. I’ll bet that’s why he granted the trial in the first place.
