What reason do you have to believe that Arpaio is going to deliver any sort of smoking gun? Do you really believe that he’s going to succeed where others have failed? What has he got that nobody else to date has had?
As a law enforcement official, his office has access to vital records. His office can access those records without permission and without public knowledge of having done so. All that is needed is a warrant and it would be easy for MCSO to obtain a warrant based on probable cause.
I take from your non-answer reply, that there is no reason to take your word over the sheriff’s.
