An Arizona warrant (if indeed he can get one)will be useless outside of the state. Any requests for records outside of there will have to go through a court, and he doesn’t have the power outside of his jurisdiction that you may think. Bottom line, sooner or later he’ll have to put up or shut up. When he does, you’re likely going to be extremely disappointed.
States have reciprocal agreements and honor each other’s requests for law enforcement. All privacy statements by States quote that materials are made confidential and only released in matters involving law enforcement or court orders.
