You would be surprised what you find digging around in posting histories.

An = A warrior from Viking sagas.

Tiw = The Viking god of war, Tiw's Day, Tuesday, named after him.

1 = There can be only one, "Antoine", AnTiw1 is phonetic.

I am so tired of these cowards and their disgusting tactics hiding behind the internet's skirts. Dirty my hands just long enough to hear his neck bones grind together.

I am not basing my comments on anything from the DNC

How and why did the issue of contraception ever come up and when? Who brought it up and who is now running with it?

Answer: George Stephanopolus, the Democrap hit man now working for ABC at the January Republican debate

Answer #2: The MSM via the Democrat talking points.......

As I said before, whey are we even discussing the issue of contraception when it's never been mentioned for the past 35 years?

During the Great Depression the birth rate plummeted and there were no birth control pills or legal abortions. How did that happen?

Condoms.

Well, I guess Friess isn’t going to win the Presidency.

What, he’s not actually running for anything?

For a minute there, I thought I had a virus or something and was redirected to Democratic Underground reading some of the replies here.

Santorum is a practicing Catholic. He is simply saying that he and his wife agree with, and practice his religion regarding this matter.

Thought only brain dead liberals would make the leap to assume that as President, Santorum would ban contraception. Amazing.

I guess the Mythbusters folks aren’t going to win the Presidency either. Aren’t they big Obama backers?

What gives Obama or the government the right to force insurance companies to pay for your contraceptives?

Nothing.

Buy them yourself

I always have.

I thought the aspirin comment was both funny and that it was a comment on how far we’ve gone off track SINCE those days. No Machiavelli agenda at all.

The guy donates to a SuperPac, which is an independent expenditure organization. I guess he might have given Santorum $5000 directly.

If we made every candidate give back money from anybody who told a joke, no candidate would have any money.

Remember, this isn’t about Santorum. He didn’t say anything. Some guy who runs a SuperPac was asked a question, and remembered an old joke about aspirin. As someone else has pointed out, this joke isn’t obscure or considered racy or disgusting — a doctor used it on a web site explaining that aspirin couldn’t actually prevent a pregnancy.

But because some people want Gingrich to win more than I guess they want Romney to lose, and to do that they know they have to smear Santorum, they are pretending HE said this, and attacking him for it.

It would be like attacking Newt Gingrich for the stupid things a few of his supporters say here. After all, they donated money to him, so I guess Gingrich is responsible for their statements....

I must be thick as a plank.

You're not thick as a plank!

For years the Democrats have used the abortion issue in an effort to divide the republican party and send the pro-choicers to the left. That tactic has gotten old and is not working any more.

So now, they are bringing up the contraception issue, which the Catholic church is against, in an effort to once again divide the Republican party by scaring the uninformed moderates to the left once again with the threat that republicans are going to ban contraception.......

It's the age old tactic of the MSM and the democrap party to throw the crap against the wall and let the rest of us fight over what sticks.......

I think that there must be some couples out there with all the children they want but for some reason or the other they continue to use birth control measures. For them, it would seem to me that a vasectomy would be in order as opposed to the dangers of the “pill” or the dangers of some other birth control measure failing and whoops, a surprise!

Many years ago I worked with the husband of one of those couples. They had four children and were in their 30s but still used birth control measures thereafter. Their reasonining: they were afraid of some accident killing ALL their children (how likely is that?) and wanted to be able to start over.

I, OTOH, knew from the get-go that I didn’t want children and what better way to ensure it didn’t happen than make it impossible. Hence, the vasectomy. A little pain but 100% guarantee that it was effective.

It's not funny when people are irresponsible and have the government by tax payers money pay for it.

You are right. The media is having a field day with the contraception subject as though Republicans are against it. This is a no win situation for us. I wish the candidates, esp Santorum, would simply not reply to it. Make it a non subject. Thank you for helping me understand. Point taken. And an excellent point I might add.

" Well, we're about to see Santorum implode. We all knew it was coming. It was fun while it lasted. "

Well then..

Newt Gingrich 2012 ... Just say NO to abstinence and personal responsibility, just do it and let the government pay for it ... appeal to the left and Wall Street Occupiers...

Abstinence IS a " Conservative Virtue "

I just think Newt is a better club against our enemies. If Santorum is president, maybe he’s not exactly what I want but he sure is in my neighborhood, and not on Planet Kolob with Mitt. RP needs to be in a bunker with a handler who can seperate his lunacy from his lucidity. Obama is a foreign occupier and a terrorist according to Webster’s, as far as I’m concerned. That’s where I stand.
