I am sharing this exercise with my sister. That help. Running low on $$ though

Last few weeks we bought solar oven and pump n seal. This product is good for removing air from jars after opened. I used mine to store bullion cubes and other items where air might degradate the food.
I also bought PRI-G to extend gas life. Better than stable.

Also look up monolithic dome water purifier on cheaper than dirt
It is amazingly cheap and easy to build.
