I have mixed views on this Kony video thing. It has a "Occupy Wallstreet" protest feel to it, but unlike the silly OWS freaks, it is a good cause.

I think getting rid of evil people is a worthwhile investment, but we shouldn't bankrupt ourselves doing it. Find the SOBs location and use a drone strike or drop a bomb on him.

It’s a complete bandwagon cluster.

People have been ripping the narrative this organization has been putting out, not to mention that most of the money this group collects never goes to help anyone.

Apparently it went to a slick video and fancy swag.

But in the age of the Facebook warrior, most people are too stupid to think and do some research. They just need to “express” their “outrage”... mainly for their “friends” online.

I agree, but no-one is asking us to “go bankrupt.” This is more about creating awareness, and that part is free. You don’t have to donate to IC to tell the world that there is a madman Africa. Regardless of who spreads awareness, this guy needs to go.

If every person who viewed the video would send in a dollar, the organizers could hire a hit team to find this clown and retire him with extreme prejudice. And have plenty of money left over to retire his successor and his successor's successor. And buy drinks on the trip home.

A lot of this is feel-goodism, albeit with an ostensibly noble purpose.
