I never thought I would say this, but I think the administration is trying to establish a presence in this area, and I don’t think it will benefit the US one bit, and may lead to another humanitarian crises for us to “fix.”

I originally thought it was to get control of the oil and other rare earth elements present, especially in the DRC, but now I also think it is to stifle the success of the forces fighting the Muslim insurgents in South Sudan.

China already has there hands in Africa big time with all the funds in the world to invest. They are tying up assets, resources, and building infrastructure throughout the region.

Under Obama, the sun is setting on the US as the beacon of freedom and democracy everywhere.

I wonder whose side we are going to be on?
