I don’t expect much local trouble. The Occupy Muncie (IN) group lost their bench to a fire of unknown origin. Then about November they all got cold and went home to play video games, I suppose.
The groups in larger cities, however, should be issued permits with stringent “time, place and manner” conditions. This camping-out for weeks/months and fouling everything they touch, that’s got to stop.

But is the NATO meeting as sexy to these guys as the G8? I would bet that gets moved too. Obama does not want video to air of his former chief of staff’s police force smashing skulls in on the streets of Chicago during an election year, and will make that as unlikely as he can. Doesn’t mean they won’t try to Occupy Chicago, but it seems stupider than normal that a group named Occupy Wall Street is doing everything but.

I'm betting that Obama and Holder come down hard on these people. They stitched together this stupid monster and then the media shot it up with electricity, but now they can't control it.
