Winning candidates recruit team builders and people with winning personalities.
The catty, snippy, arrogant personalities tend to really suck, at political organizing.

I can tell.
She sucks at this.

Sometimes I wonder, here in FR, if there are trolls, plants. There are some who post constant negative "tearing everyone apart" posts. They seem determined to cause disunity rather than participate in civil debate.

I recently listened to a friend of Breitbart interviewed, he said there was a difference between Breitbart and the Left, he was civil and humorous when you met him in person, but the liberal truly hated you.
