The media keeps asking, and then when he answers, then they criticize him for talking about it.

Another way to look at it: The media keep asking Santorum for ammunition that they can use against him, and he keeps giving it to them, and they keep using it against him.

Santorum needs to do a better job of pivoting. Otherwise the media is going to own him if he gets the nomination.

He certainly does keep giving the media plenty to
hammer him with. Also, the silence regarding his book
from a few years ago ‘It Takes a Family’, is deafening.
I have not read it,nor do i plan to, but i have a feeling
that there is a lot of the preachy type stuff in it that
the media will have a field day with. They’re all holding
back,together, so it must be useful.

It really isn’t like that, though. This has been on his site for months. He said he has been asked his position and put it on his website. A liberal reporter, looking to cause a stir, decided to write an article about it. Of course the MSM decided to run with it. In interviews, he has addressed it very simply when asked and moved on.
