It shows Zimmerman handcuffed and being inspected by one of 3 officers. A camera picks up what is going on.
Zimmerman is bald-headed in this video. I am assuming it is him.
There appear from the camera no blood, the back of his head shows no injury. His face doesn't look bloody and his clothes do not look bloodstained.
