Yes that’s certainly a new one to me also.
Perhaps it’s like “White Hispanic”?
Good luck to all those who live near or in the urban areas with large “Amish” populations. This is going to be a defensive summer in those areas.
I'm guessing that's local slang for the silly white people that visit western SC to look at, walk through, hunt, fish and camp in the trees.
