Because when Newt stopped campaigning they had no other choice?

Watch this (hattip to TigersEye) and keep two things in mind.

1. In the first 60 seconds of the clip, UNDERSTAND that the half-beseeching, half-chastizing words of Henry Waxman urging Gingrich to make it so Republicans work with Democrats in "solving" an imaginary problem via the crushing, tyrannical "cap and trade" model, would be EAGERLY MET if Romney was president. EAGERLY MET, and Democrats would get all the credit for being "bipartisan" under a Republican president.

Rationalize all one wants, but voting FOR the Republican Party leadership to do just that, in order to indulge in the illusion of voting "against" Obama, is nuts.

2. Gingrich, testifying before the House Energy & Commerce Subommittee, hardly comes across in the clip -- and even less in this one, as a guy the Global Warming Crowd would support.

That Newt even gives "global warming" the time of day when he is educated enough to suggest Gore join him on a trip to the American Museum of Natural History or to the Smithsonian, is disappointing to say the least, and is a pretty crappy reflection on Gingrich. But just the same, in this fight, as these two video clips demonstrate, Newt is on the right side. Romney, on the other hand, is on the side of utter tyranny.

May God foil and vanquish Henry Waxman, Barack Obama, and Mitt Romney -- and Godspeed Newt Gingrich, Sarah Palin, and other limited government social conservatives.

Thanks for the ping. Are you sure I lead you to that because I don’t recall seeing it before. Waxman is scared to death to let Gingrich say anything. lol
