I knew Marshall had a plan, but was not aware of his law. (martial is a better fit)
Not picking on you because everyone leaves some typos here and there, but we at FR need to show a better face than the enemy. When we have wrong words in the mix, we look like the posters at DU and other such sites. I'm no genius, so I find Dictionary.com to be my fried - also has a Thesaurus tab for choices in words.
I don’t think Obama has any respect for Marshall’s understanding of law and the role of the Supreme Court in interpreting the Constitution. His words and behavior, in fact, reflect a contempt of Marshall. Personally, I think Obama would prefer a tyranny under martial law.
When he does that, it is open season on moonbats, no limit.
