A sad commentary is the fact that during my lifetime this nation has elected 13 presidents (Ford, of course, doesn't count (for much of anything), and only one was a winner: REAGAN. And I know you're not implying Ford was a winner, either.
One conservative. One winner.

Conservatism obviously offers the best, most effective means to govern this nation. We assume politicians (of both parties) want whats best for the nation as a whole rather than whats best for themselves as politicians, bureaucrats and lawyers.
We assume wrong. Its that simple.
