The Post-Angleton CIA took a nosedive, IMNSVHO. It almost when down for the count under the idiotic Stansfield Turner. Even Castro's DGI, a substation of the STASI, had moles placed at extraordinarily high levels.

BTW, one major thrust with the phony defectors that split the CIA was that the KGB was trying to convince us they knew nothing about Lee Harvey Oswald!
