I think it is just data packet loss from his weird Wi-fi hot spot setup.
That would be nice, but when you look at the actual words in the messages, it would be a pretty weird "coincidence" to have such specific messages that specifically relate to Rush. If the messages said something like, "Eat at Joe's" or, "Support Beiber Awareness," or even actual gibberish like, "Town soil perhaps yesterday capitol October..." I would think maybe, just maybe it was a "fluke."
