Sadly enough, we do not have one congresscritter nor a supreme to start an in-depth investigation in this matter.
So we’ll just continue to kick the can down the road as we have been doing for the past years until we fall into the abyss.

“David Horowitz makes the case that 64 million people voted for Obama in 2008, and this national act of political participation alone trumps everything about missing documents, and makes it senseless or worse to invalidate these votes. This is a good point”
No it's not a good point at all. All that says is that if enough people are willing to accept a fraud it is legitimatized and should be forced upon the whole.

Will we ever read in the media -- even in the conservative media -- that President Obama is a fraud? Will we ever read an article that opens, for example: "In 2008, we elected a man who turned out to be a fraud. Barack Obama deliberately misled the country about his origins, implying that he was eligible to hold the office of the Presidency." Yes. When it's time.

So, to advance the effort to vote the President out of office in November, conservative opinion leaders avoid the birth certificate issue and other related biographical deceptions by the President. Discussion of the issue is forbidden so that the GOP can take back the White House. The truth is sacrificed to a higher goal. That higher goal leads to a dead end.
Obama is not the only criminal.
Without the complicity of the Speaker of the House, who declared him "eligible" in a patently false oath, with absolutely NO documentation other than her "word," Obama could not have been eligible to be elected.
She is the bigger criminal. Since when can the Speaker swear a valid oath on a fact that can't be verified?
Yes, in retrospect, Republicans should have raised the isssue and challenged her daily until she attempted to have all GOP elected representatives removed, or she was removed herself. Would that have created a national crisis?
Almost certainly.
But they would have saved generations of grief.A universal dearth of cojones.
With apologies to all female House members.
