You have been repeatedly reminded our system of justice does not work that way.
Z, nor ourselves, are required by you or anyone, to show a tape or quote an eye witness that M punched Z in the face and knocked him down, before anything else.
It is up to YOU, and the stupid prosecutor, to show he is guilty of second degree murder.

I have and will continue to call a lie a lie...and all those posts swearing that there is an eyewitness who said that he saw TM attack GZ are just that...lies.
Now, in the adult world one doesn't make a statement of fact and then say; "Prove me wrong or it must be true". If your standard were the way things are done then it would be easy to say; "Anybody calling himself rangerette is an impotent necrophile...prove me wrong".
Every one of those freepers who has sworn that such an eye-witness statement exists follows the same pattern when challenged to put up...they all throw insults as if that somehow proves their lie and then they disappear.
