You posted that there is a witness who says that he saw martin attack zimmerman...I say that you are lying...
Sweetie, he probably just meant there’s a witness who saw Martin whaling on Z who was on his back on the concrete, which is Z’s story.
Unfortunate that he put it wrongly, but none of us is perfect.
The point is, it doesn’t MATTER. We don’t have to produce a witness or a video tape or anything that proves Martin jumped Z. It’s YOU, and the stupid prosecutor, who have to demonstrate through evidence and beyond reasonable doubt that Z is guilty of second degree murder.
That’s just the way it is.
