They were on the ballot in 43 states last cycle, iirc.

In 2008 they were on the ballot in 37 states according to the Constitution Party Press Kit. In 2000 41 states, and in 2004 36 states. The Constitution Party also had the endorsement of Ron Paul in 2008 and still only won .15% of the vote. The Constitution Party is going to get less (probably far less) than 1% of the vote like always.

Check with me in November. I believe a number of conservatives will join them this time. The Republican Party is gone and is not salvageable.
