Like I said, with Mitt Romney, and supporters, there is always an excuse for his Progressive Liberal actions.
Trying to hide the inherent socialism, statism, and just plain Progressive Liberalism of forcing someone to buy Health Insurance while also forcing the production members of society to pay for the healthcare insurance of the unproductive members of society and capping it all off with a $50 Abortion behind the 10th Amendment just plan perverts everything the founders were about with individual liberties, and that includes the 10th Amendment.
Don't cherry pick and twist the 10th Amendment into supporting socialism. If you want to do that, you are on the wrong web-site bub!

I don’t know if you’ve engaged him before, but his MO is to simply spam the board with the same anti-Romney articles over and over. The same things are posted week in, week out.

That ship has sailed my FRiend. These so called conservatives are more about emotional response then rational thought. Their candidate did not win the primary, so they are in full temper tantrum mode. The dumbing down of America is all but complete.

We get state’s rights. What we reject is thuggish, tyrannical, central planners, whether they act at the city, county, state, or federal level.

States don't have Rights - they have Powers.

If I have to explain States Rights to you people we are in deep dodo. How deep in dodo are we when some who lecture on the Constitution don't understand that states don't have "rights", they instead have "powers"?
