I'm not referring to people with 10%-15-20% body fat or skinny people but obese people. The average American today is not at normal weight.
Anorexic girls? Sure they are out there..I never said they were not.
I just spoke with a Physical Therapist this morning at the gym. Been in the business for 25+ years. Years ago most of her work was workplace injuries or accidents. Today it's mostly hip/knee and back joint problems related directly to obesity.
Are they all related to obesity or are many of them over exercise related. Jogging is the worst thing you can do to your joints followed closely by fast walking and golf.
People make generalized statements about one thing and they may have different reasons altogether. What we need to define is what is obese, what is or what the gummit says is. The gummit charts say everyone is basically obese which of course drives up the injuries if everyone is and nobody isn’t.
I am too cynical to be a liberal.
