Lol, no when you want to go on a 100 mile ride YOU let me know. I am a 5 year veteran of Dalmec in Michigan (100 miles per day x4) + numerous other tours.Been biking(road and mountain bikes) since I was 17 (I'm 26 now)
Broke my collar bone in 2 places on my Trek road bike 2 years ago-haven't been on a bike since. Went off the edge of pavement was not paying attention. Had to have it rebroken and reset 6 months later because it grew back wrong and was affecting my shoulder.
Still run with my gf though. Hiked with full packs for 10 days last year with my GF on the Appalacian Trail.
My GF and I are gym rats-we both pump a lot of iron-our main passion. She warms up with more weight than average men can lift. She is hardcore.
SRs, you out of all people should know the American people have a weight problem. I don't look at the gov't charts anyway.
We both have bodyspace accounts at bodybuilding.com
I'm not skinny. 6-1 197.50. 8-9% body fat but it fluctuates.
Nice talking with you but I disagree with what you are saying.
Man after my own heart.
I've had the AT on my bucket list for a long time. Hope I can do it before I get too old!
100 mi, big deal let me know when your over 55 and still able to do them. At your age riding 100s up and down real mountains were breakfast. Try 5000 ft climbs just so you can coast down. Ever done that hotshot? Ever ridden or climbed over 10,000 ft? Try real mountains rather than those hills in the East.
Sounds like your already over exercising and your body is breaking down. You’re falling for a scam and those weight charts are a joke as is the belief in men should have women’s bodies and women should have teen boys’ bodies. It simply gives the gummit another reason to run people’s lives whether it has merit or not.
