The Dems keep saying the voter fraud is a “non-problem” and that it rarely happens.
Technically, they're correct.
You just have to read between the lines, and then, you'll notice what they really meant.
Elections don't happen every day, and they don't even happen every week or every month, and most elections don't even happen every year.
So, in spin mode, the democrats are telling the "truth". However, if one were to rephrase the question of voter fraud, no doubt that, it occurs every election. In fact, it occurs "all the time" and not "rarely", if one were to talk about each election day.

It was Divine providence in 2000 IMHO that Bush won.
Gore and Company Cheated, Marry Matalin tipped her hat in the 33 days from hell noting they had the strategy to win via the electoral college, IMHO they knew they were gonna try to snooker them.
They tired to cheat, they lost by 600+ votes, sucks to be them.
Thank G_d we had GWB @ the helm for 9-11....
