The conspiracy is a teenager just out of high school had a relationship with a kenyan native student and pulled a baby out of the ether and enrolled at the U of WA two weeks after he was born...without any evidence of her presence in Hawaii and without anyone seeing her pregnant or with a child, and not one single photograph of the ‘mother’ with said child until it was three years of age.
