LOL. I don't know why I am having this conversation with you. Based on the Tribe/Olson opinion, which was commissioned by the Senate, they passed resolution 511 declaring that McCain was eligible to be President. Guess what? McCain was on the 2008 ballot for President.

I suggest you google Ted Olson and Lawrence Tribe to see who they are. Their opinion has far more weight than yours.

FYI: I have lived 25 years of my adult life abroad. You need to get better informed.
