If they are smart they will realize his biography is slowly unraveling and that anyone who lies on his behalf could face criminal charges.

Officials of one State lying to another would be a Federal crime. Who would bring the charges?

If his biography finally comes unraveled our government will be crisis mode. In order to regain trust in the system, wouldn’t the next president be forced to support a special prosecutor who would bring charges against those involved in the Obama-conspiracy?

I’m not predicting that, but it’s possible. I see nothing precluding Arizona charges as well. If I were an official in Hawaii I would not want to rely on the current corrupt regime to protect me from legal jeopardy.

Good point.

Wonder if a situation like this would allow for a civil suit.

Anyway, as said before, it’s one think to say he’s a resident. It’s a completely different think to sign on the dotted line and vouch for it. A lot of people support things until their own ass is on the line. Especially true of progressives.
