Did you read your own link? The story says that HDOH response is that they don’t have to respond.....
The SoS of AZ now has no choice. Barack Hussein Obama, Jr, (or II) must be removed from the ballot. If this AZ fellow needs another excuse, the fact that BHO, Jr. was forcd off the Illinois Bar for neglecting to reveal aliases, among other lapses, really ought to be all the excuse the AZ man needs to remove him from the ballot.
We actually have no LEGAL idea who the guy is.
