If Romney is STILL neck and neck with Obama in August, Romney WILL be DUMPED.
The final Primary votes are merely of the same value to the RNC as any local Caucus votes are to Media spin misters.
The RNC makes and breaks rules in order to achieve election Victory.
The GOP Elite and the RINOs may pout a bit, but will cave-in to the RNC who runs the Republican Party.
The GOP Elite may be stupid, but the RNC wants to win this National Election.
The RINOs may not want to win, but the Republicans want to win.
The voters see the RNC handcuffing themselves with their foolish Primary voting rules.
From the response so far on this thread from FReepers indicates that even those who are resigned to marching lock step with the GOP Elite in blind support of Romney, do not have much hope that Romney will beat Obama.
Since Romney will probably lose to Obama in November, then why not DUMP Romney in August?
