Don’t forget Chimpy McCokespoon, Pretzel Boy (in reference to the time when 43 choked on a pretzel and supposedly fell off the couch while watching sports; they claimed he was drunk), Bushit. And for Sarah Palin: Caribou Barbie.
Also, Bush 43 had some clown flying planes above the Kentucky Derby and a couple of other major events trailing banners that said, “Bush Stole the Election”. I also remember “Turn Your Back on Bush” - exhorting graduating college students to stand and turn their backs to him while he was delivering a commencement address. There was either a book or a movie with his assassination as a plot. Wherever the man went, he was dogged with protesters. He couldn’t even throw out the first pitch at a Brewers game without being protested.
Obama just needs to quit whining, and so do the DUmmies.
