While I have a lot of sympathy for the guy, he (a) filed for bankruptcy, (b) lied on sworn documents filed with the bankruptcy court, and (c) signed a stipulation negotiated by his own lawyer agreeing to give up his house. That is going to make it damn near impossible for him to get his house back.
He’ll have to prove he was defrauded. And I don’t see that happening.
